3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS By signing below, the Client agrees to the following BNB Tint & Print policies:

A. Deposits & Bay Time Reservations To secure your appointment and reserve bay time or an on-site installation, a non-refundable deposit is required.

• Automotive Appointments: A standard non-refundable digital deposit is required to lock in your bay time.

• Custom Wraps & Commercial Fabrication: A 50% non-refundable material deposit is required for all high-ticket custom jobs before any design or fabrication work begins.

B. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 48-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a newly rescheduled appointment date (within 30 days).

• Less Than 48 Hours / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or failure to arrive for your scheduled time, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

C. Refunds on Services & Labor Due to the highly specialized and labor-intensive nature of our work, all sales on labor and installed materials are final. We do not offer refunds on completed automotive or architectural installations. We stand by our craftsmanship and will correct any verified installation defects or material failures in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines.

D. Refunds on Custom Printed Materials Because custom printed graphics, custom-cut vinyl, and mixed CMYK halftones are manufactured specifically for your unique project, they cannot be restocked or resold. Once fabrication has begun or materials have been cut, the 50% material deposit is strictly non-refundable.

E. Vehicle & Site Preparation Vehicles must arrive clean and free of excessive dirt, mud, or pet hair prior to your drop-off time. Vehicles arriving excessively dirty will incur a mandatory Prep & Wash Fee (added to your final invoice) or may be subject to rescheduling at our discretion. For architectural installations, the immediate window area must be cleared of heavy furniture and fragile items prior to our arrival.
