BNB Tint & Print - Refund & Cancellation Policy At BNB Tint & Print, we pride ourselves on precision, quality, and exceptional service. Because the majority of our services require custom material fabrication, proprietary color mixing, and dedicated bay time, we have established the following policies to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our clients. 1. Deposits & Bay Time Reservations To secure your appointment and reserve bay time or an on-site installation, a non-refundable deposit is required. Automotive Appointments: A standard $50 non-refundable digital deposit is required to lock in your bay time for tinting and standard restyling services. Custom Wraps & Commercial Fabrication: A 50% non-refundable material deposit is required for all high-ticket custom jobs (e.g., color-change wraps, fleet branding, architectural wall murals) before any design or fabrication work begins. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment: 48-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a newly rescheduled appointment date (within 30 days). Less Than 48 Hours / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or failure to arrive for your scheduled time (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book future services. 3. Refunds on Services & Labor Due to the highly specialized and labor-intensive nature of our work, all sales on labor and installed materials are final. We do not offer refunds on completed automotive or architectural installations. If you encounter an issue with your installation, please refer to our Warranty Policy [Insert Link if applicable]. We stand by our craftsmanship and will correct any verified installation defects or material failures in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. 4. Refunds on Custom Printed Materials Because custom printed graphics, custom-cut vinyl (via our Graphtec plotters), and mixed CMYK halftones (via our MUTOH printers) are manufactured specifically for your unique project, they cannot be restocked or resold. Once fabrication has begun or materials have been cut, the 50% material deposit is strictly non-refundable. If an order is canceled prior to any design approval, material ordering, or physical fabrication, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of BNB Tint & Print management, minus any design or administrative fees incurred. 5. Vehicle Preparation Vehicles must arrive clean and free of excessive dirt, mud, or pet hair prior to your drop-off time. Vehicles arriving excessively dirty will incur a mandatory Prep & Wash Fee (added to your final invoice) or may be subject to rescheduling at our discretion, which will be treated as a late cancellation. By booking an appointment or authorizing a quote with BNB Tint & Print, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
