BNB Tint & Print Warranty Policy
The BNB Standard: Uncompromising Quality. At BNB Tint & Print, we engineer every surface to the highest standard. We stand behind our in-house craftsmanship and only partner with industry-leading manufacturers. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage for our automotive and architectural services.
1. Installation & Craftsmanship Warranty
BNB Tint & Print provides a 1-Year Installation Warranty on all automotive and architectural services. This covers any defects directly related to the application process, such as severe lifting, peeling, or bubbling caused by installation error.
Note: Minor dust particles or slight imperfections are unavoidable in any aftermarket installation and do not constitute a warranty claim unless they significantly impair the structural integrity or intended visual purpose of the film.
2. Automotive Window Tinting
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our premium ceramic window tint materials, provided by the manufacturer.
What is Covered: Adhesive failure, bubbling, cracking, delaminating, and excessive color fading under normal use.
What is Not Covered: Scratches, gouges, or tears caused by seatbelts, rings, keys, or rolling windows down before the mandatory cure time (typically 3-5 days). Window tint is applied to the inside of the glass; pre-existing scratches on your glass will not be covered or hidden by the film.
3. Vehicle Wraps & Commercial Graphics
Vehicle wraps and printed graphics are subject to the specific material warranties provided by the vinyl manufacturer (e.g., 3M, Avery, or our in-house Mutoh/Graphtec printed materials).
Coverage: Typically covers severe premature fading, severe discoloration, and raw material defects.
Exclusions: Horizontal surfaces (hoods, roofs, trunks) receive more intense UV exposure and generally carry shorter lifespans than vertical surfaces. Warranty is voided if the wrap is subjected to automatic car washes, high-pressure power washing at close range, harsh chemicals, or damage from road debris and rock chips.
4. Paint Protection Film (PPF) & Revivify Coatings
As an Authorized Revivify Dealer, our coatings and PPF applications are backed by extensive manufacturer warranties.
Revivify Ceramic Coatings: Warranties require adherence to strict maintenance guidelines. The vehicle must not be washed with automated brush systems or harsh abrasive chemicals. Annual inspections at our facility may be required to maintain the Revivify warranty status.
PPF: Manufacturer warranties cover yellowing, staining, cracking, blistering, and delaminating. PPF is designed to take the impact of road debris to protect your paint; therefore, physical damage to the film itself from heavy impacts or accidents is doing its job and is not a warranty defect.
5. Architectural & Commercial Glass Solutions
Our architectural solar, safety, and decorative frosted films are covered by comprehensive manufacturer warranties ranging from 5 to 15 years depending on the specific film and whether it is an interior or exterior application.
Coverage: Peeling, bubbling, and significant discoloration.
Exclusions: Vandalism, glass breakage due to pre-existing structural flaws, improper window cleaning using abrasive tools (razor blades, harsh ammonia), or building structural shifting.
6. General Exclusions (Applicable to All Services)
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, collisions, vandalism, or “Acts of God.”
Normal wear and tear.
Damage resulting from improper aftercare, negligence, or failure to follow the explicit maintenance instructions provided by BNB Tint & Print upon vehicle pickup or project completion.
Issues arising from pre-existing conditions, such as peeling clear coat, rust, or repainted surfaces that were not disclosed prior to installation. If film removes poorly-adhered aftermarket paint upon removal, BNB Tint & Print is not liable.
7. How to File a Claim
If you believe your vehicle or property requires warranty service, you must contact us immediately upon noticing the issue.
Do not attempt to fix, push down, or remove the film yourself, as this will immediately void your warranty.
Contact us at 612-268-0440 or info@bnbtintprint.com to schedule a visual inspection.
You must provide your original receipt or invoice.
BNB Tint & Print reserves the right to inspect the vehicle or property to determine if the failure is due to material defect, installation error, or user neglect
